Meet The Team
Jim Crisafulli
Founder and Principle
Jim Crisafulli is the Founder and Principal of Crisafulli Leadership Group, a leadership and management development firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their current and future leaders. For more than three decades, Jim has worked closely with business owners, executive teams, and leadership groups as a coach and advisor, supporting organizations through growth, change, and performance challenges across a wide range of industries.
That experience - working inside organizations, observing what truly drives results, and seeing firsthand where leadership breaks down or breaks through - now shapes his singular focus: helping organizations build stronger, more effective leaders and managers at every level. Today, through Crisafulli Leadership Group’s partnership with Leadership Management International (LMI), Jim and his team deliver proven, practical leadership development programs used by millions of leaders worldwide.
Jim believes that organizations that intentionally invest in developing their people create stronger cultures, better performance, and more sustainable results. His work now fully supports organizations that recognize leadership development isn't optional; it's a strategic priority.
